🖱️ Coding the Actual Clicker and Shop Items

Lesson Steps

  1. Have students go to the Coding the Actual Clicker and Shop Items section. 
  2. Students will follow along with the video to add more code.
  3. Encourage students to read The Code Explained subsection below. Nearly all student-side sections will have information under the videos to help explain the code they are using as well as tips.
  4. As an optional activity, have students come up a class and its class properties (like in the example on the page) and have other students think of objects that would fit.
  5. Check for understanding and answer any questions they may have before moving on to the next section.
  6. Review the section vocabulary below.


  • Class: A code template, that has properties, for creating objects.
  • Object: An instance of a class.
